Chris was helpful and friendly on the phone. Travis, JBS's "Diesel Guru" was also friendly and helpful. He asked all the right questions, didn't talk down to me and was sympathetic for my problem. I replaced the injectors on my 2006 F250 6.0L powerstroke then I couldn't get it started. Needless to say I thought I messed something up, bad. Travis was honest, gave my truck a hard work over and test, said he had to charge the batteries and everything else checked out good. Travis was great. I recommend this place to everyone. JBS ROCKS!!! Thanks to all who recommended JBS. My husband called and spoke with Travis and Chris at JBS. They were able to get us in quickly. I needed front and back brakes. Heading home from the Christmas holiday, up in the San Joaquin Valley, my brakes began to grind. They were able to salvage the rotors. The cost was VERY reasonable. This is definitely a place to take your car to for a honest automotive needs. I took my car in and had the low beam bulb replaced without having the bumper removed when told otherwise by one dealership.
