Chris was helpful and friendly on the phone. Travis, JBS's "Diesel Guru" was also friendly and helpful. He asked all the right questions, didn't talk down to me and was sympathetic for my problem. I replaced the injectors on my 2006 F250 6.0L powerstroke then I couldn't get it started. Needless to say I thought I messed something up, bad. Travis was honest, gave my truck a hard work over and test, said he had to charge the batteries and everything else checked out good. Travis was great. I recommend this place to everyone.
