Had a great experience with Jerry today. While I didn't end up taking in my vehicle, he helped me out "over the phone" with a very simple issue and was glad to do so. He could have been like many others and said "just bring it in" but his willingness to answer a simple question, to me, really speaks to his character. I will certainly be calling on him in the future to handle vehicle repairs that are out of my comfort zone! - Ben W.
