Great customer service! I want to give a “Great Big Congratulations” to Jerry Shaffner of JBS Auto for 30 Years of Service here in Simi Valley!!! I have been bringing my vehicle to JBS Auto since 2009 and with each visit had a Great Experience. I recently had to bring in my vehicle back in for the suspension to be fixed and what a difference; as I drove away it felt like a brand new car and so much more secure on the road!
